Elementary icons is made by Danrabbit and has done nice work. Elementary icons can change over 7,500 icons in Linux. It looks really nice with all kind of light and dark themes. There are two versions of Elementary one is "Elementary" it can be use with light themes and second is "Elementary Dark" these are same like first icons but for dark themes to display light icons on panel.
